Overview

Due to the nature of the service and the subjective assessment of the final product as a work of art, refunds are only possible before the 3D ultrasound image provided as the source has been accepted by our colleagues at the verification stage.

Once the source image has been accepted, no refund is possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any refund requests based on our assessment of the final product.

Refunds

When we receive your claim for refund, our colleagues will immediately check whether the technical acceptance of the received ultrasound image has started. If the verification process is in an interruptible phase, this will be done immediately and the refund process will begin.

The refund will be made only through the payment channel and only in the currency used at the time of payment.

Please note that refunds are always subject to a fee which ranges from 5% to 10%. The exact refund fee will be determined by the status of the process, which our colleagues will provide you with precise information on.

Considering that the final product is considered a work of art and may be subject to subjective judgment, only non-compliance with technical parameters may constitute a defective performance. In the event of a technical defect, our colleagues will check the technical parameters of the finished work and, if the complaint is legitimate, a refund will be made automatically.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
